These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SiteRev, a website feedback platform operated by Thriving Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using SiteRev, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
To use SiteRev, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use SiteRev only for its intended purpose of collecting, managing, and reviewing website feedback. You may not use SiteRev to collect feedback on websites you do not own or have authorization to manage. You may not use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to harass, abuse, or harm others.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the SiteRev platform. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with SiteRev except through our official API, and you may not attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures.
SiteRev offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through our third party payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
SiteRev includes AI powered features that analyze website screenshots to identify potential design and accessibility issues. AI analysis is provided as a recommendation tool and may contain errors, false positives, or miss certain issues. You should always verify AI generated recommendations with a qualified professional before implementing changes. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI generated analysis.
SiteRev and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Thriving Ventures LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our platform is provided for your use under a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license for the duration of your subscription.
You retain ownership of all content you submit through SiteRev, including feedback, comments, and uploaded files. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service to you and your invited collaborators.
Certain subscription plans allow you to customize SiteRev's appearance with your own branding. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any logos, names, or branding materials you upload do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Your use of SiteRev is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using SiteRev, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
When you invite clients or team members to a project, you are responsible for ensuring you have their consent to share their email address with us for the purpose of sending invitations and notifications. You are also responsible for the actions of anyone you invite to your projects.
We strive to maintain high availability of SiteRev, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any planned downtime that may significantly affect your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriving Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use SiteRev, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims related to SiteRev shall not exceed the lesser of (a) one hundred dollars ($100) or (b) the total fees you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
SiteRev is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that any defects will be corrected.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use SiteRev ceases immediately. We may delete your data after termination in accordance with our data retention practices.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon your request, we will delete your account and associated data.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SiteRev shall be resolved in the courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of SiteRev after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
